Crete Villa Lancea is a refined private residence combining elegance, comfort and complete discretion in one of Crete’s most privileged locations. Designed for guests seeking privacy, generous living spaces and high-end facilities, the villa offers a sophisticated setting for a relaxing stay throughout the year.

Overlooking the picturesque town of Chania, the Venetian harbour and its iconic lighthouse, the property enjoys sweeping views across the Aegean Sea and towards the impressive White Mountains of Crete. During the winter months, their snow-covered peaks create a particularly striking backdrop, while the region’s mild climate makes Villa Lancea an attractive destination in every season.

The villa’s contemporary architecture blends naturally with its mature gardens and the surrounding landscape. Spacious interiors connect seamlessly with the outdoor areas, creating a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere and allowing guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living throughout their stay.

Villa Lancea offers approximately 680 m² of interior space within approximately 4,300 m² of private grounds. The standard accommodation is designed for up to 10 guests in five principal bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The main villa includes six bathrooms in total, including an additional shower bathroom serving the wellness area. The optional independent Studio has its own further bathroom.

On the first floor, the Master Suite features a king-size bed, a private lounge area, an en-suite bathroom with a private heated plunge pool, a walk-in wardrobe and its own dedicated office station. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with two comfortable single beds and includes a private en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, making it especially suitable for children, teenagers or adults.

The ground / upper-ground floor features the Family Suite, consisting of a queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), an en-suite bathroom, a private living area with an office desk and direct access to the swimming pool area. Use of the convertible sofa bed is supplementary, subject to prior approval and an additional charge.

This level also includes the villa’s main living areas, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, all designed to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyday living and entertaining among resident guests.

On the lower ground floor, there are two additional queen-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms overlook the gardens and enjoy views towards Chania, the sea and the surrounding landscape.

The lower level also includes a spacious multipurpose living room, ideal for relaxing, watching films, reading or enjoying board games. This area incorporates the villa’s principal full-size workspace, with a large desk and desktop computer, providing a practical and comfortable environment for guests who may need to work during their stay.

Also located on this level is the villa’s wellness area, which includes a fully equipped gym, a Scandinavian sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a dedicated massage area and an additional shower bathroom, all positioned to enjoy views of the surrounding gardens.

In a separate and fully independent section of the property, with its own private entrance, there is an additional Studio. The Studio is not part of the standard five-bedroom configuration and is available only upon prior agreement. It can accommodate up to two additional guests and includes a bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a private living area and an equipped kitchenette. It may also be used, when specifically agreed, for accompanying support staff.

Any supplementary accommodation beyond the standard 10-guest capacity is available only upon prior request, approval and at an additional charge. The Family Suite sofa bed and the independent Studio are alternative supplementary accommodation options and are not intended to be used cumulatively. The maximum agreed occupancy of the property is 12 guests.

The outdoor areas are designed to make the most of Crete’s exceptional climate. At the heart of the property is an infinity swimming pool measuring approximately 11 × 7 metres, with an approximate depth of 1.4 metres. The pool is ecologically purified and can be heated, offering guests additional comfort during the cooler months.

Around the pool, guests will find a variety of shaded and open-air lounge and dining areas, comfortable sun loungers, a pool bar, barbecue facilities and a traditional wood-fired oven. These spaces provide an ideal setting for long breakfasts, leisurely afternoons and relaxed evenings overlooking the sea, Chania and the surrounding landscape.

Villa Lancea is equally enjoyable during cooler or quieter days. Guests can exercise in the fully equipped gym, enjoy the sauna and steam bath, arrange a massage session, relax in the spacious lower-level living room, watch a film, read, browse the internet or enjoy a selection of board games.

The villa operates throughout the year and is designed to offer comfort, privacy and flexibility in every season. Small private celebrations involving resident guests may be considered only upon prior written approval.
