Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation 45 or more days before expected arrival date, there is no cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival, non refundable 100% cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking.
In case of non show or early departure the total stay cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
Damage fee: €300 (if no damages occurred in the house, the damage fee will be returned back in total to the guest).
