The brand-new Crete Villa Sabia accommodates up to 6 people, featuring three double bedrooms, a heated infinity pool, and an outdoor dining area. With multiple balconies showcasing fantastic views, the villa boasts a well-designed open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area.</p><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Conveniently located 45 minutes from Chania International Airport,&nbsp;</span><strong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> Villa </strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">&nbsp;is set on two floors. The upper floor has two double bedrooms with balconies, while the lower floor includes another double bedroom, an open-plan living area, and access to the pool and outdoor spaces.</span></p><p>The interior features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite, a convertible bedroom with an en suite, and a double bedroom with an en suite. The living area overlooks the pool and bay, offering seating, satellite TV, and a dining table.
