Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area, which contains a fully equipped kitchen a dining area and a living area with a big flat-screen TV and an energy fireplace. On the same floor, there is also a WC a double bedroom and a bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The outdoor area of the villa consists of a swimming pool and lounge area with sofas making the ideal spot to relax gazing the gorgeous sunset. The area completes with a dining table, BBQ sunbeds, and umbrellas. Secure parking area out of the villa.
