As you arrive at the Antiparos Villa Kairi, you will immediately feel the positive aura from the ancient island of Despotiko where the ruins of the ancient Greek god Apollo’s sanctuary can be found and viewed from the villa’s verandas.
An antique wooden entrance leads you into the inner courtyard where an outdoor shower can be found, very useful for the guests arriving home after a day on the sandy beach. Stepping into the villa is a unique experience; the natural sunlight penetrates through the entire house and the spectacular views are breathtaking.
This is the main level of the property featuring a large living space with a lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen leading onto a shaded pergola area with BBQ and breakfast table. Two steps lower is an outdoor lounge and dining area where you can enjoy al fresco dinners and relax. For guests who like waking up early, the sunrise views are remarkable and for those sunset lovers, the scenery will speak for itself.
On the same level, there is a master ensuite bedroom with a private balcony and a double guest bedroom with a built-in single-use sofa and private bathroom.
A staircase leads down to the lower level of the villa with laundry facilities and another master ensuite bedroom with a private kitchenette and outdoor veranda on the same level as the swimming pool. The L-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by lounges and is part-shaded. There is also an outdoor shower. From the refreshing waters of the pool, the guests can also enjoy infinite and breathtaking views of the sea and landscape.
The upper level of the house comprises a master ensuite bedroom with a private balcony, a double guest bedroom with a built-in single-use sofa and a large private outdoor lounge, a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom.
All rooms and communal areas feature ceiling fans (2 bedrooms on the upper level feature air-conditioning) which are more than adequate, as the island breeze gently blows through the entire house, even on the hottest summer days.
