The display of the property is as it’s presented by All Greek Villas.

The Villa is delivered in good working order in all aspects. Please respect the premises as these villas are a home for the owners and provide them to you as a guest. Guests are liable to compensate any damage caused inclusive, but not limited to the security deposit withheld. Potential damage beyond security deposit must be settled prior to departure. In case our staff observes disrespectful use of premises we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises foregoing whole amount paid for rent or security deposit in order to refurbish to the level it was delivered to you.

In case of no show, early departure or later cancellation the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the cardholder, signatory of the contract independent of whether he/she is present and/or members of the party attending, thus legally binding all members. No compensation is made in any case.
<br><br>
We hereby certify, that we have read and understood the booking contract and accept all liability singly and collectively for personal injuries of our party and guests as well as damages caused to the premises that were delivered in pristine condition to us.

Children need to be under adult supervision at all times for their safety.
<br><br>
Check in time is at 15.00 and check out time is 11.30 or otherwise agreed with All Greek Villas.

The Leader Guest is responsible for the actions of the whole party.
