You can swim in the 82 m2 swimming pool or visit the sandy beach of Elia in just five minutes by car or other nearby southern beaches of the island.

If you want to relax you can choose one of the four terraces with their living rooms. If you like cooking choose between the indoor kitchen or the BBQ. Do your daily work-out in the modern gym with Matrix fitness instruments.

As the sun shines you can sunbathe and enjoy the incomparable view at the outdoor living room by the pool. Watch the sun meeting the sea while you enjoy your drinks around the open fireplace.
