super-last-minute requests are excluded from the minimum stay policy
• 30% deposit payment at booking, reservation only valid with deposit payment.
• Balance payment typically 60 days before check-in date
• Security deposit 2’000 - 6’000, to be defined case by case. Deposit to be held by the agent.
• In case guest/agent cancels booking: neither deposit payment nor balance payment will be refunded. Any refund at our discretion.
• In case we cancel the booking: the full amount paid will be refunded.
We are not liable for any cost claims of the guest, nor will we be responsible to find alternative accommodation.
