The Villa Felicia 2 features a private and heated 4x4 m Jacuzzi pool and offers amazing and unobstructed sea views to Delos, Renia, Tinos, and Syros islands almost from every spot of the structure. The altitude and orientation of the villa provide mesmerizing and colorful sunset views while maximizing the duration of the natural sunlight.

The outdoor space is surrounded by pergolas as well as a finely built stone perimeter. The private and heated Jacuzzi pool of 4X4 meters is engulfed by the Villa Felicia 2 offering tranquility, wind protection, and privacy. The pool water is heated to maintain a comfortable temperature even during the colder days. Last but not least, all bedrooms have access to the front sea view terrace.

A maintenance team is coming twice a week to take care of the pool, plants, terrace, and water tanks. The villa is not connected with a water network so please use water reasonably.

In order to ensure the property maintains a high standard of hygiene, the Villa Felicia 2 is fully ventilated and sanitized before and after every booking. Remote controllers are wrapped with protective covers that are changed before and after every booking. In addition, all switches and door handles are thoroughly sanitized. All linens and towels are washed in high temperatures. The villa is also equipped with a medical kit and disinfectant gels. Guests have the option to self-check into the villa.
