The spacious outdoor area of the villa boasts a private pool, comfy sun beds, pergola shaded lounge and dining areas complemented with a BBQ and Bar area, all oriented toward the magnificent seascape. The Main House of the villa features a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a storage room, a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom on the ground level. The second bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom is located on the upper level of the villa, affording captivating views and a private spacious balcony ideal for precious moments just for two.

The Guest House of the villa hosts three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and direct access to the surrounding verandas and garden. Two rooms have queen size beds and the third has two single beds.

Two more en suite double guest houses are located on the garden level. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C, hairdryer, bathrobes, and bath amenities.

Between the kitchen and the Guest House is a pergola-covered dining area with a magnificent view to the sea and the islands of Naxos, Paros, Antiparos and Delos.

The spacious 2018 built Cabana by the pool with its unmatched view makes up a large dining area, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ that will become the favorite spot for the entire of your party. The lush garden with its countless mature trees and plants add an extra charm with its vivid colours.

Reliable VDSL (Download25Mb Upload4.5Mb) WIFI broadband internet access with six access points, connected with wires, provides a steady and strong signal throughout the entire premises of the villa. A powerful generator that automatically starts as a result of power failure, which is often the case on the island, can fully provide for all the villa needs. Extra privacy and security is provided by the remote-controlled entrance gate that leads to the shaded parking for 3 cars and many more under the sky.

Mykonos Villa Diocles is equipped with two music systems, one in the sitting room with iPhone plug-in and USB slot and one for the outdoor needs by the pool and the BBQ/Lounge Cabana. This stereo system can be wirelessly accessed and handled via WIFI by any smartphone, tablet or computer. There is also a 32 inch TV set in the sitting room with Satellite Channels and AppleTV. To keep you fit during your holiday, the new open-air Gym will provide adequate work-out possibilities with its breathtaking view of the sea.
