A vast living/ dining area is at the center of the ground floor, encouraging guests to enjoy quality time together with a comfortable C-shaped sectional sofa, fireplace, television, square dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The olive green colored kitchen cabinets enhance the homely feel of this large open-plan living area. This communal room is bright and airy and large patio doors lead to the exquisite exterior. Two sizable double bedrooms also sit on this ground floor, both of which feature a shower room and W.C., a terrace with stunning sea views and entrances to a small garden. Another en-suite bedroom is on this floor that features twin beds which can join together to make a king-sized bed. 

The upper floor hosts the wonderful master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a cloakroom, a fireplace, and a large balcony with sun beds and coffee tables and chairs, all overlooking Gerania Mountain, the town of Loutraki, and boundless sea views. There are three more bedrooms on this floor. A double bed with shared W.C. and shower and balcony with pool view. Another room with twin beds shared W.C., and shower and balcony with pool view. The last bedroom on this floor has a single bed and a view of the Corinthian Gulf. 

The floor on the basement level has a separate access and is loft-style. Here there is a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a cloakroom, a basic kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave tea and coffee-making facilities, a shower, W.C., and dining table for four people. It also features a private bar for entertaining. This floor also affords access to another double bedroom with a shower room and toilet, well-suited to children or a child-minder. This room has another separate entrance and a kitchenette. The three bedrooms on this floor can accommodate up to 10 people by adding extra beds if requested. A sauna and hot tub are also based on this basement floor. A large entertainment room complete with television, drum set & large sofa is ideal for some alone time away from the rest of the party.
