Accommodation at Villa Phennel 1 is spread over three floors. The ground floor (120 m2) has three large double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a safe box. The shared bathroom of this floor includes a laundry area with a washing machine. The large and luminous open-plan living area includes 2 large couches, one of which can be converted to a double bed, a kitchen, and a dining table for 12 people. 

This space is surrounded by operable glass doors that bring in the fabulous sea views and provide access to both a large outdoor lounging space and an impressive pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve the indoor and outdoor dining areas, as it includes a refrigerator, an electric stove-oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Moreover, it’s equipped with a blender, a mixer, a toaster, a panini press and a pressure cooker, making it ideal for preparing all your favorite meals with your family and friends. A flight of stairs leads up to the first floor (74 m2), where the main entrance is.

This floor features a spacious living room with a three-seat sofa and a two-seat sofa, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove-oven & other appliances, a dining room with a table for 6 people, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room has a 52’’ Smart TV with access to streaming services (e.g. Netflix). In addition, the living room, as well as the bedroom on this floor, boasts large glass doors opening onto a huge panoramic sea-facing terrace with superb views of the endless blue Ionian sea, the mountainous mainland and the waterway between it and the island, and the town of Lefkada. The terrace includes a large table located under a pergola. Both kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove-oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric iron, and other electric appliances. The villa’s remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor (50 m2) and have direct access to their own private sea-view terraces. One of the bedrooms on that floor also includes a loft that can be accessed with a retractable ladder and can be used as an extra bedroom or playroom for kids. The second floor also includes a bathroom. Each floor is equipped with an electric iron, ironing board, laundry drying rack, and hair dryers. The villa has free Wi-Fi internet access and is air-conditioned.

Villa Phennel’s 1 superbly designed pool area boasts mesmerizing views of the ionian sea, the mainland, and Lefkada town. It features a sea-view infinity pool, a panoramically situated dining area with a dining table for 12-14 people, and a covered bar with a fridge, sink, and lots of storage and counter space for meal preparation. Near the bar, there is also a WC, a shower bath and a changing stall. Moreover, there is a large built-in cooking area with barbecue and a sink, that is fully equipped with tools for grilling etc. There are also plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor furniture including a lounging area with a coffee table, armchairs and a three-seat sofa with cushions and a second dining table for 6 people. The villa has motorized security gates, 5 spacious parking spots near the main entrance on the 1st floor and an acre of olive and fruit bearing trees, and gardens with beautiful shrubs and flowers. Moreover all of our guests have access to a garden with herbs and organic seasonal vegetables that is available to all of our guests in the complex. The terraced gardens and traditional stone walls surrounding the villa ensure absolute privacy and offer a variety of unique spots for our guests to enjoy the wonderful views and appreciate nature’s beauty.
