The fully renovated building was an oil mill during 19th century and it came to give you moments of relaxation and harmony.

The three main reasons to visit us is firstly to know better the Cretan hospitality, which will amaze you. Secondly, Cretans are known for their Mediterranean-Cretan rich in nutrients gastronomy and last but not least the beautiful sun will shine your holidays.

The Villa is located in a small village next to local airport. The most famous beaches of Chania are from 5-10 minutes away from the Villa, such as Marathi and Loutraki. The stunning and historic old venetian harbor is just 12km away.
Also, the Villa has all you need, such as traditional tavernas, supermarket, pharmacy and friendly authentic local people.

Our philosophy is luxury yet simplicity, so the villa is luxurious, modern with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The renovations finished during 2020 engaging the modern and luxurious feel with a traditional twist. The villa is spacious, with walls of history, fully equipped with the latest technology.
The main spaces have single layout with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has private bathroom and also on the ground floor there are laundry place and two more bedrooms and one bathroom with jacuzzi tub. An indoor staircase leads to the upper floor in which visitor can find a second living room or an additional bedroom, a coffee station and a big glass of window with spectacular view. Also, on this floor is located the terrace with panoramic view and a siting area perfect for relaxation.
On the outdoor space of the villa, visitor can find a beautiful pool with turquoise water, a dining table for outdoor meals, siting space, a blooming garden, full feeling all the needs for carefree relaxation moments.
