Corfu Villa Ariti is located in an unspoiled natural environment of olive trees, fruit-bearing trees, oaks, arbutus trees, and cypresses, within an area of 2,9 acres for exclusive use and access. Within this area of natural beauty, the variation of the landscape, the intense alternations of the green, the concerts of wild songbirds, and the discreet presence of farm animals dominate.

Corfu Villa Ariti with the surrounding farm is available as a whole unity and can accommodate up to 7 people throughout the year. It extends on one level to better fit with the natural environment. The interior of the villa reflects the island’s upscale heritage and combines tradition with a contemporary design with wooden floors in the main areas, elegant furnishing, and fabrics, insect repelling windows with screens, security bars, and drinking water.

• One master bedroom with double bed, dressing table, sofa, wardrobe and safe, exclusive bathroom with Jacuzzi for two people equipped with chromotherapy system.

• Two bedrooms each of which include: two single beds convertible into a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub.

• Separate W.C. with a washing machine

• Kitchen including refrigerator-closet providing cold water and ice-cubes, electric oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric appliances, fully equipped with cutlery and crockery along with glasses for beverages

• Dining – Living room with hand-built fireplace, a table for eight people, two sofas, and relaxation chair.

• Satellite TV, Dolby surround sound system, blue-ray video.

The whole Corfu Villa Ariti is fully air-conditioned, has wooden floors in the main areas, insect repelling windows with screens, security bars, and drinking water.

The immense exterior of Corfu Villa Ariti with its grassy gardens and the trees offers a variety of sitting and dining areas, while the private pool adds the blue element to the space.
