Accommodation rules and policies
TO CONFIRM A BOOKING
A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid to validate booking and it is non refundable.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of the payment (remaining amount) must be paid at least
four (4) weeks before your arrival. For bookings made within 4 weeks of
arrival date, you will be required to pay the full cost of your holiday
at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of 1000 euros will be charged befor arrival for the case of damages. The amount will be refunded after check out inspection.
